I had an lovely spa day at White Oaks! I enjoyed a fantastic massage from Steve that was just what I needed. He really understands how to address my specific back issues. Jessica gave me the best facial and pedicure, making the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely be booking more treatments in the future!

Really good Dining Experience

During my recent stay, I was blown away by the dining experience at White Oaks. The breakfast buffet at LIV was lovely—great service and delicious food! Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

Our room at White Oaks was amazing! It was bigger than most hotel rooms I've stayed in, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was great, and the bathroom was both spacious and well-equipped. I felt relaxed and at home throughout my stay.

Perfect Conference Facilities

Our stay at the resort was truly memorable, with exceptional service and a lovely atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel special during our anniversary celebration. While our spa experience was fantastic, there was a minor hiccup when it came to the service we received. Overall, a great getaway, but with a few areas that could use improvement.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, and the location near the shopping mall was a real plus. Unfortunately, there were hidden charges that caught us off guard, and the lack of acknowledgment of the birthday was disappointing.
